There are many options in Boise and Portland for home security and burglar alarm systems. What matters is finding the right home for your personal needs. You should carefully select the company you choose to secure your family and home. Critical issues for consideration are:
Our burglar alarm systems are unlike any other security provider in Idaho or Oregon and backed by an unmatched guarantee. Verisafe's team can answer all your questions and help you determine your individual security needs. Call us today at 888.VERISAFE or email us.
Again, many options exist for home burglar alarms. Each Verisafe system is custom-designed to meet the specific needs of a family and home. We will never compromise your security by quoting a fee or recommending a system without first evaluating your home and discussing your protection goals and priorities. The traditional practice of one-size-fits-all security does not consider your lifestyle. Our consultants work with you to ensure your system gives you Peace of Mind.
No, major differences exist between monitoring centers. Many burglar alarms are monitored through national or international call centers that assign thousands of accounts to each single operator. Verisafe security systems are monitored by Secure Pacific’s Operations Center, located here in the Pacific Northwest. Our operators are specialists in Audio Verification and in providing personalized service to our customers. We are proud to deliver one of the lowest “account to operator” ratios in the business, which provides you with more personal attention to your needs. Our operators truly are watching out for you, your family and your home.
Yes, the security system does run through the phone lines. Verisafe’s system has the flexibility to be designed to work on standard telephone lines, IP (Internet Protocol) or Cellular Communication. Your security consultant will design the solution that best meets your needs based on your home's configuration.
If the alarm is activated and no one is home, we listen and determine if an actual intrusion has occurred. If a break in is verified, we call the police, then follow up with contact numbers you give us; if we determine the alarm was accidentally set off, we reset and notify the homeowner about the action taken.
Secure Pacific will not charge a fee for alarm activation, caused by Verisafe's equipment. If the police are dispatched in response to a burglar alarm system activation and it proves to be a false alarm and the home owner is charged a fee. Secure Pacific will represent the home owner in getting the fine voided or we will reimburse the homeowner for that fee as a part of our Peace of Mind Guarantee. Should a false alarm be caused by improper use of the system, while Secure Pacific does not pay the alarm fee, we will offer complementary training on the systems use. The Verisafe and Secure Pacific teams are 100% committed to eliminating false alarms.
The motion sensors can be adjusted so household pets will not set off the alarm. Our home security system can be set to "home" and "away". If the homeowner is home and the system is turned on only the perimeter is activated so no movement in the home will set off the alarm. If the homeowner is away all perimeter and inside motion detectors are set. Unforeseen events (acts of God) may set off the alarm; however our unique system of verification will determine if the police or fire department needs to be dispatched or we will reset the system.
We offer several options for emergency communication and immediate response from authorities. Your Verisafe Security Consultant will recommend the best one for your specific needs. All our emergency communication devices integrate with Verisafe's security systems and video surveillance systems.
You may have as many as 48 different user codes with five different authority levels. Verisafe is a great way to control access to your home with either a security code or a keyless entry system. This gives you control over who has access to your home and when they can enter. For example, we can program your system to give a housekeeper access between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays, but no other times.
We appreciate knowing when you are going to be out of town so the contact list can be adjusted or special instructions regarding access to your home while you are away can be updated. Our experts in the Secure Pacific operations center can update your contact information 24/7. We are here to help you.
